The Sergand Team objective is to be one of the leading "WE CREAT REALITY" custom 3D models for wood carving in the industry whether it is for your weekend warrior hobby project or a full-time business. Our goal is to inspire you with our models, so that you can see how our products will add to your creativity, boost your imagination, and inspire you to amaze everyone around you.

Several years ago, I was forced to make a career change. We started Sergand Team as a family business, and it has grown tremendously, all in thanks to individuals such as yourself who have trusted us to create their models.   As our business has grown, our son joined our team along with his with friends.  Our close nit family business has benefited tremendously from very dedicated and truly skilled designers who are out family and friends. 

Our goal is to get what we call the "WOW effect" from our customers! Most of our customers have had no experience with STL models, 3D models for CNC or SOLID wood carvings. They've been exposed to "wood carvings" that are mass produced and made of RESIN,  that is made to "look like real wood" when in fact it is not.

Part of our job is to educate our customers the differences between real wood carvings and RESIN look a likes. You can go online or to many of the popular large retailers and see gorgeous 3D products from frames, to lamps, to wall art, bathroom décor just to name a few. RESIN is naturally cheaper than real wood but DOES NOT look like real wood.

  Our customers love the fact that we can "customize" our models to their specific needs and truly end up with an one-of-a-kind piece of wood décor.

BUSINESS MODEL:

The Sergand Team has two (2) business models.

The first model is 3D designs for wood art. We create all sorts of 3D models for wood art for the home, office, church or any place your hear desires.

The second model is to provide models for wood carvings for the DYI home improvement enthusiasts, traditional woodworkers and cabinet makers who incorporate our wood carvings into their product line offering unique and one-of-a-kind pieces to their customers.

CUSTOM WOOD CARVING AND DESIGINING SERVICES:

We create beautiful models and wood art! Check out our about page and shop categories for a showcase of our product line. DON’T SETTLE for what is readily available! Customize it with our PERSONALIZED relief wood carving services!

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we want you to feel completely comfortable purchasing our products. All non-customized or non-personalized orders are never final. We will do whatever it takes to make you happy.

Each piece or files is individually carved, hand sanded and finished. The cost is directly related to the level of relief carving. As the detail and size of the piece increases, so does the price. We try to create pieces to fit everybody's budget.

However, if you find a piece that you really love but cannot afford the piece as it is listed, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will do our best to create a piece within your budget. Our goal is to make affordable unique wood gifts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for physical wood carvings sold by us. 
to initiate a return please contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery and provide tracking number for your shipment. 

-       If the item your purchased arrives damaged

-       No cancellations or returns of custom / personalized orders.  However, please contact us and I will try to work thru the issue with you

Due to digital nature of the 3D model files there are no refunds for purchased models.  However, if you are experiencing an issue with the file as is common due to various software programs, we will be more then glad to assist you and walk you thru the process.
